Introducing Kartik Anand, who is a Founder and Executive Chairman of King Group Ventures LLC. He further says “Comfortable with the possibility of failure doesn’t mean we give up easily- I have always seen them as opportunities to learn and grow. Managing businesses is an iterative process, and new challenges and opportunities present themselves at every turn. My team and I evaluate situations and adapt so our business can keep moving forward when unexpected changes occur. As a leader, I have focused on guiding the business trajectory, including all aspects from funding, strategy, resourcing & foremost – ensuring an employee-friendly culture.”
He has established XDBS in 2011, with just 5 employees. With which also he has built digital competencies at scale across North America, EMEA, and JAPAC markets. They have accomplished many feats along the way and have been recognize with awards that have motivated and also inspired them to outperform themselves. Mentioning his notable career, he highlights that:
- Their flagship company, XDBS was recognize as the “Top 100 Tech Companies Founded By Indians in the US” and “Best Start-ups to Work for” by Silicon India.
- They have also won the 2015 Silver Stevie Award Winner for Sales & Customer Service.
- Winning Asia’s Greatest Brand and Asia’s Greatest Leader 2017 was a breakthrough award for them,
- Kartik was personally award the Times Man of the Year Pune 2018 (Information Technology) and Times Pune Visionaries for 2018 & 2019.
- They even kicked off 2021 by bagging Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards for Outstanding Revenue Growth and also Content Marketing.
- They made a mark in Dubai in May 2021. When Khaleej Times featured Circle of Crust as the leading QSR serving the most unique artisanal pizzas.
- Continuing the award spree. Circle of Crust won the Times Hospitality Icons. Award in January 2021 and Times Food & Nightlife Award in April 2021.
