THESE TERMS APPLY TO NOWENTERTAINMENT.NET INTERNET WEBSITE, MOBILE SITE, APPS AND ANY OTHER MEDIA BY WHICH NOWENTERTAINMENT.NET IS ACCESSED (“WEBSITE”). THE WEBSITE IS OWNED BY NEVER OFF WORK ENTERTAINMENT, LLC. (“NOW ENTERTAINMENT”). BY ACCESSING, VIEWING, AND/OR USING NOWENTERTAINMENT.NET (“WEBSITE”), YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AS OF THE DATE OF ACCESS, VIEWING, OR USE (ALL SUCH ACTIVITIES REFERRED TO AS “USE”).
