Refund Policy & Returns

Our Refund Policy & Returns are as follows
Our return policy lasts up to 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you placed your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return eligibility is as follows: your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as it was when you received it.

Magazine returns are not accepted.

We require proof of purchase to complete your return. Do not send any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund policy (if applicable)

In-store credit for returns only.  We do not refund via original payment methods.

Once your returns are received and looked over, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return & the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, then you will receive a gift card for store credit for the amount.

The customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring that the information they provide on the site through checkouts, form entries, or any other method is accurate and complete, including but not limited to shipping, billing, and contact information.  The customer understands and acknowledges that Never Off Work, LLC will not refund or exchange any item that does not arrive due to user errors. Including, but not limited to, incorrect shipping address, and email information provided by the customer. If the customer fails to check their inbox for delivery updates (including spam/junk folders if applicable) and or fails to check mail delivery areas promptly after the item is delivered as noted by the carrier.

Missing or late refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, please check the email you used to make your purchase, including spam folders, for an email from officialnowent @ gmail.com

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot receive refunds.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same thing, send us an email at officialnowent @ gmail (.) com (no spaces) and send your item to P.O. Box 271 Gordon, Ga. 31031 or use this form to contact us

Cancellations
Order cancelation is only allowed (for clothing items) if (for a refund – store credit only) they have not been processed or shipped by our suppliers or us. Digital items are not eligible for cancelation.

Missing Packages
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, first contact USPS or your country’s local postal carrier (international customers) to open a claim. Once that postal carrier has determined if the package was lost/stolen, please email us with the claim number and proof of this notice.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will deduct from your refund.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

If you’re shipping an item over $50, you might want to consider purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
