Balt Getty, Chino XL is an American hip-hop duo (group) comprising of disc jockey. Actor and producer Balthazar Getty & lyricist Chino XL.

Equally respected by the critics, culture and known for his impressive penmanship, great lyrics are what we’ve learned to expect from Chino.

The two doyens exhibit levels of artistry and proficiency that heads to golden age of lyricism. Unblended hip-hop sensibilities, hip-hop’s ambient roots and the fostering of the present day sound.

Together, they create an Old-school / Gangster Rap genre song named after one of Africa’s rugged and landlocked country — “Ethiopia“.

“Ethiopia” is the first hit and 3rd song off their 5-track extended play record (EP) “Chino vs Balt“.
